team, Wayne has over 25 years of experience in the mechanical contracting field. He currently holds certificates of
a plumber and sprinkler fitter. Wayne has always believed in customer service and provides the best capable quality
in his work
Russell plays a key role as a partner and the controller of the company. He has gained his experience and knowledge
with 25 years of working in the industry. Russell believes in educating everyone with up to date information on
industry standards and benefits to the employees of his company.
Ed Gjernes has over 45 years of experience working his way to Mechanical Superintendent overseeing all range of
projects specializing in planning and overseeing chiller and cooling tower retro-fits. He has brought with him
the crews used in his specialty work who are experienced and has the knowledge of these types of projects that
are completed from office to the field.
Juanita has been working in the industry for over 10 years and has been the executive assistant for
Wayne since 2002. She continues to thrive on maintaining the best working relationship with the contractors and
sub-trades in the industry.
John has over 20 years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry. With a background of a journeyman
plumber and a Class A gasfitter, John has worked as a foreman and superintendent and with his hands-on experience
and knowledge he now runs the estimating and project management team for the commercial and industrial projects.
With six years of mechanical designer background, Daniel brings to Davidson Bros. the knowledge and expertise
in the industry. Specializing in new construction and tenant fit outs Daniel believes in providing cost efficient
and energy savings in his projects.
Cary has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, with experience in a variety of new and retrofit
projects. With a background in plumbing and piping, Cary brings to Davidson Bros. a working knowledge of all
aspects of mechanical trades and believes in success of any project is one that meets the needs of the
client and to coordinated efforts of the contractors involved.
Ashley has been with Davidson Bros. since 2006 and has worked her way up from office administrator to project
assistant. She continues on maintaining all projects are completed and all contractors are informed of all pertinent
information during the construction process.
